Our Intelligent Communications Complete package provides all the features of Enhanced and also includes configuration changes. If you have a busy in house technical support team & need more day to day assistance this support package will provide the help you need.

Our retainer support allows you to purchase blocks of time for support and configuration changes. Our retainer support works similar to a pay as you mobile phone. You load an amount of hours on to your contact and when we assist with a support query, we simply deduct time from the loaded hours.
Our retainer support covers all the technologies we specialise in, this includes Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business Server and AudioCodes Session Border Controllers. As our support is delivered on a remote basis, we offer competitive and flexible fixed rate retainer costs.
